Join Carmela at Chester House this December for a delicious morning of sweet festive treats.
Learn from the expert who regularly demonstrates in top London stores such as Harrods! Carmela will demonstrate how to make an Italian infused Christmas rocky road tray bake; this is ideal to make ahead of time. Marsala infused zabaglione with freshly made cranberry and almond biscotti, followed by Carmela and all students making a wonderfully regal pear and clementine tiramisu to take home and enjoy.
All students will need to bring along the following;
Apron
Spatula
Hand whisk
2 mixing bowls
Small knife
Tablespoon
Small chopping board
Grater to zest citrus fruit
Trifle dish for the layered dessert
Clingfilm or foil to cover the trifle dish
Carmela will provide all ingredients.
