Children can come and learn in a place like no other, surrounded by 85 acres of natural and historical landscape, guests can get hands on learning with guidance from a professional forest teacher.
On selected dates throughout the Summer holidays you can book onto our sessions for your little ones to get hands on experience in a range of nature activities.
Full day aged 6 - 10 sessions include the following:
With longer sessions the children will be able to really get into nature with tracking games, willow weaving, den building/ hammocks/ slackline . Making spud guns, Nordic braiding, making simple cordage and balms on the fire. These sessions are six hours long, 10am - 4pm. At this session parents drop off children.
July 27th and 28th - 10am until 4pm
(Days sold separately)
You do not need to pre-book a car parking ticket, however, admission tickets to the event must be booked in advance to ensure you get a space.
