For the first time ever, we are releasing SEND tickets for our Father Christmas Magic experience!
From 20th December - 23rd December, we are adapting our grotto experience to suit the needs of individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, by adapting lights, sounds and both.
Our SEND slots are:

- Wednesday 20th December 2023:
- 5pm: Adapt lighting - less sparkling lights, brighter main lights
- 5.30pm: Adapt sound - Christmas music off
- 6pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off
- 6.30pm: Both - music off and sparkly lights off
- 5pm: Adapt lighting - less sparkling lights, brighter main lights
